Multimedia Perspectives equips the Antares building in Barcelona with an infrastructure to distribute international content in Full HD and 4K

Together with its integration partner Barnaservei, Multimedia Perspectives has developed the TV distribution infrastructure for the Antares residential building, designed by architect Odile Decq and located in Barcelona's 22@ technology district. The project had to meet the international profile of its residents with a wide range of channels in different languages and content in Full HD and 4K.

The solution includes a headend based on single-channel units and transmodulators that distributes multiple services from two satellites. The network has been deployed entirely through RF distribution, using Class A cabling and bridge-flange passive components, a configuration designed to optimise the installation and ensure the robustness of the system.

The result is an infrastructure that delivers high image and sound quality at every TV point in the building, while maintaining service reliability and continuity. The project also continues the collaboration between Multimedia Perspectives and Barnaservei in developing audiovisual solutions for residential installations.
